Scheduler / Stock Manager in Watchmaking (M/F)

As part of a long-term temporary assignment, we are looking for one of our clients, a watchmaking manufacturer based in the Canton of Geneva, a

Your mission:

• Ensure the preparation and launch of production orders across all workshops in close coordination with planning.
• Ensure the update of the information system in line with production activities.
• Carry out picking operations and stock management.
• Reception and storage of components.
• Processing reservations within the allotted time.
• Guarantee the organisation and proper management of stocks.
• Ensure the reliability and completion of inventories.
• Ensure the handling and preservation of components according to current quality standards.
• Participate in the preparation and launch of manufacturing orders across all workshops in support of the scheduling team.

Required technical skills:

• Professional experience in establishing and/or monitoring stock management rules.
• Mastery of packaging and conditioning techniques.
• Manual dexterity: required experience in handling small components.
• Ability to use dynamic storage equipment.
• Knowledge of regulations on the storage of specific products (flammable, toxic, etc.).
• Good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) + MS Office.
• Team spirit, rigour, precision, responsiveness, customer orientation and proactivity.

Your profile:

• Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as Logistician or equivalent qualification.
• 3 years of experience in scheduling.
