Operation, maintenance, and further development of the cloud, network, and server infrastructure.
Implementation and support of standardised cloud platforms as well as ensuring stable operation.
Analysis, troubleshooting, and optimisation of cloud services including 2nd-level support.
Further development and automation of processes with PowerShell.
Ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 / ISMS guidelines within the area of responsibility.
Qualifications:
Several years of professional experience in system engineering and completed basic training in IT/system engineering.
Experience in customer contact as well as a strong service and solution orientation.
Very good knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure, especially Entra ID, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
Basic Linux knowledge as well as knowledge in automation with PowerShell.
Good English skills (B1) as well as fluent written and spoken German.
