Head of Construction Management (m/f/d)
Role:
In this responsible leadership position, you will take charge of the entire construction management and ensure the efficient, high-quality, and economical implementation of all construction projects. You will shape the strategic development of the department and represent it confidently both internally and externally.
Responsibilities:
Leadership and development of the construction management department (11 employees) in terms of personnel and administration
Responsibility for the smooth realisation of all relevant construction projects of Migros Eastern Switzerland
Tendering and awarding of planning and construction services in compliance with compliance and governance guidelines
Ensuring that all construction projects are lawful and realised according to current technical standards
Technical, economic, and functional optimisation of the projects
Qualifications:
Several years of professional and leadership experience in the construction or real estate sector
Completed studies (University/ETH, FH, HF) in the field of construction or real estate
Business-minded thinking, structured and systematic working style, quick comprehension, and high flexibility
Sound knowledge of construction and planning law, construction economics, construction science, quality and safety standards, as well as contract law
