To support us in this transformation, our Granges-Paccot store is looking for a:

After-Sales Service and Cashier Employee – 40% to 60%

Your mission:

Within the framework of Conforama after-sales commitments and in compliance with the procedures and instructions given, you are responsible for:

• welcoming and advising customers at the counter and on the phone,
• managing all after-sales service files: spare parts, interventions, exchanges, credits, loans to customers,
• handling the flow of defective products and spare parts,
• processing payments made by customers, issuing refunds,
• ensuring the administration related to the smooth running of the service.

You are also required to assist the store Administrative Manager and perform the following tasks:

• Welcoming customers and processing sales
• Managing the cash register, opening and closing
• Various administrative tasks and data entry related to the store’s activity
• Managing the telephone

Your profile:

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a commercial employee or sales manager,
• You have very good technical knowledge in IT and leisure electronics,
• Comfortable with common IT tools, you are organised, have good interpersonal skills and know how to be diplomatic,
• You are available on Saturdays,
• Experience in furniture assembly is a plus.
