Your profile

- You hold a HES nursing diploma or an equivalent qualification

- You have additional training in team management or in management and leadership (an asset)

- You demonstrate organisation, flexibility and autonomy

- You have good listening skills and enjoy human contact

- You are dynamic and show leadership qualities

- You are proficient with common IT tools

Your mission

- You manage a team of collaborators and plan the work schedule for care

- You ensure and develop the quality of care services

- You mainly work on the ground, with some administrative tasks

- You actively collaborate within a multidisciplinary team as well as with other sectors

- You contribute to the good development of the service and team cohesion

- You apply the principles of the Montessori method
