A Manager of the Boutique Créature in Martigny at 100% Permanent Contract · Start Date to be Agreed

Valtex Multiservice SA is a social enterprise for integration through economic activity, based in Monthey in Valais. It is active in textile recycling and catering. Valtex Multiservice SA is a company of the CRTO cooperative.

We are looking for:

The sale of second-hand clothing provides a training space for those who sort, enhance, and stock the items. As head of Boutique Créature, you combine commercial performance with support for people in professional reintegration.

Your role:

You manage the boutique and its team: 8 to 10 participants in professional reintegration (unemployment insurance, social action, disability insurance) and several permanent employees. You are responsible both for the boutique’s results and the progress of the people you supervise.

Your main responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for the boutique and ensure its appeal: presentation, merchandise display, quality of customer service.
• Manage commercial activity: customer advice and sales monitoring.
• Organise daily operations: plan activities, allocate tasks according to each person’s skills and abilities, ensure quality of service.
• Supervise the team on site: set a clear working framework, train and motivate participants.
• Support each participant: help develop their skills, monitor their progress and report to the educational team.
• Work hand in hand with the educational team to promote the success of each pathway.
• Ensure administrative follow-up and activity reporting using MS Office tools.

Your profile:

• You have proven experience in managing a boutique and training in sales. Experience in supporting adults or in the professional integration sector is an asset.
• You are a hands-on manager: you know how to set a clear framework, mobilise a team and unite it around common goals, even when people’s backgrounds and needs are very different.
• You organise and coordinate activities and priorities effectively on a daily basis.
• You are comfortable with MS Office tools, which you use for activity monitoring and administrative management.
• You express yourself and write fluently in French, both orally and in writing.
• You know how to create a climate of trust and commitment and you appreciate teamwork.
