Senior HVAC Planner Energy Projects (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 95,000Role:
In this exciting position, you develop tailored energy and HVAC concepts and oversee their implementation across all planning phases. You take on the sizing, specialist site management and coordination of large projects such as energy networks and heat pump centres, thereby contributing to the successful realisation of demanding construction projects.
Responsibilities:
Development and implementation of individual energy and HVAC concepts
Planning of energy networks and large heat pump centres
Specialist site management, sizing and coordination of the projects
Ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines and cost control
If suitable: leadership tasks, such as acquiring new projects, resource planning, shaping team development and supervising the HVAC planning team (approx. 10 employees)
Qualifications:
Solid training in HVAC, energy technology or construction
Several years of experience in planning and managing complex HVAC projects
Experience in project acquisition is an advantage
High quality standards, self-motivated, independent and flexible working style
Communication and team skills
