Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for an experienced individual for a versatile role in international finance and accounting. You will have a varied range of tasks, managing the accounting of various companies and working closely with international teams.
Responsibilities:
You manage the accounting of various branches and subsidiaries and ensure the correct processing of financial transactions
You participate in the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and take on deputy roles in other financial matters as needed
You analyse local financial statements, perform the necessary reconciliations, and contribute to the IFRS financial accounting
You take care of cash management, creditor payments, and the monitoring of local tax and social security contributions
You support international VAT matters and assist with tax declarations in various European countries
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education and have further specialised in finance and accounting at a professional certificate level or equivalent
You bring several years of experience in financial accounting and have knowledge of international VAT
You are proficient in SAP and MS Office, especially Excel
You are willing to make occasional assignments at another location
You communicate very well in German, French, and English, both orally and in writing
