Role:
For an independent family business in its fourth generation from the building materials sector, we are looking on behalf of our client for reinforcement of the accounting team. The company is regionally known and has a strong market position in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. If numbers are your métier, this is your chance.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage the financial accounting including accounts receivable and accounts payable of the assigned companies and prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, VAT returns and tax declarations
You are responsible for the financial accounting of the company’s own pension fund
You monitor incoming payments, handle payment transactions and prepare monthly reports including management information
You prepare documents for the board of directors and auditors and support or represent other companies within the corporate group
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education and bring a further qualification in finance and accounting or are interested in it
You work independently, structured and reliably and have a flair for numbers
You are confident in MS Office, especially Excel
You have fluent German language skills
