Corporate Client Advisor – Banking (M/F) - PERMANENT POSITION

Your mission:

On behalf of a recognised Swiss banking institution, ValJob Permanent is seeking a Corporate Client Advisor wishing to join a dynamic environment and develop a clientele composed of SMEs and companies.

In this role with a strong commercial and relational dimension, you support your clients in their projects and financing needs, while actively contributing to the development of new business relationships.

Your responsibilities:
- Manage, retain and develop a portfolio of corporate clients
- Prospect the market and acquire new business relationships
- Identify and analyse the financial needs of companies and their managers
- Advise clients and develop financing solutions tailored to their projects
- Analyse credit applications and prepare financing files
- Make decisions within the scope of assigned competencies and ensure follow-up of commitments
- Maintain regular and proactive relationships with clients, notably through meetings and visits
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
- Share your expertise and contribute to supporting less experienced colleagues
- Actively participate in network development and represent the institution at professional events

Your profile:

- Higher education in banking, finance or economics, or equivalent training
- Minimum 5 years’ experience advising corporate clients within a Swiss bank
- Strong skills in credit analysis and corporate financing
- SAQ certification in the SME field, or willingness to obtain it
- Experience in managing and developing a client portfolio
- Genuine commercial temperament and proven ability to develop new relationships
- Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills
- Autonomous, proactive and results-oriented personality
