Your mission
- Advise customers comprehensively and needs-oriented in the areas of basic services such as Payment Transactions, Savings, Investments and Pension.
- Manage and proactively develop the client portfolio
- Refer clients to other services after identifying potential (retail and private banking clients)
- Enthuse customers about our excellent products and services.
- Participate in organising and accompany customer events with style and elegance
Your contribution
- Friendly contact with others.
- Enjoyment of selling.
- Ability to enthuse customers.
- Commercial training in the financial sector or a similar field.
- At least two years of experience in the banking sector.
- Curiosity and openness to new technologies and digitalisation.
- Good knowledge of German is an advantage.
