About the role

As an Investment Funds Operations Specialist, you ensure the complete processing and monitoring of investment fund orders for the entire group. You operate at the heart of operational activities in a fast-paced environment. You act as the central operational link between the bank, client advisors and fund administrators worldwide.

Tasks

This role involves managing the processing, monitoring and accounting of investment fund orders for the bank's clients globally.

• Process subscription, redemption and exchange orders for traditional and complex funds (Hedge Funds, Private Equity).
• Manage the order book and ensure follow-up of execution until recording in the banking system.
• Control and regularise pending operations as well as associated cash flows.
• Interact daily with fund administrators and external brokers.
• Conduct KYC reviews and open accounts dedicated to funds.
• Provide Middle Office operational support to group entities and client advisors.

We are looking for

• Banking CFC, Commercial Employee with banking option, or HES/University Bachelor in Finance
• Experience with complex funds: Private Equity and Hedge Funds
• Proficiency with order routing and financial messaging tools such as GTMatch, GTExchange and SWIFT.
• Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong Excel skills for operational monitoring.
