We are looking for a Support & Mobile Migration Technician (Android) to join us in Lausanne.

Start date: 17 August 2026

Duration: 3 months (until 20 November 2026, extension possible)

Your role

• Take charge of users arriving by appointment for the migration of their mobile device (Android smartphones and tablets).
• Perform factory reset of the device and removal of the old MDM console.
• Proceed with enrolling the equipment in the new MDM tool (Microsoft Intune) by strictly following the established procedure.
• Support the user during password change and apply the new security rules.
• Carry out functionality checks and final acceptance with the user.
• Keep the intervention and daily achievements tracking file up to date.

Profile sought

• Proven experience in on-site support, imaging, or mobile fleet/workstation migration tasks.
• Strong mastery of the Android environment and knowledge of MDM tools (ideally Microsoft Intune and/or AirWatch / Workspace ONE).
• Impeccable rigour and ability to follow detailed technical procedures step by step.
• Good interpersonal skills, pedagogy and service mindset to reassure and support users during appointment interventions.
• Autonomy and consistency in maintaining project tracking tools.
