About the role
As an IT Technician, you will be the first point of contact for technical support, ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructures. You will join a collaborative team dedicated to operational excellence and user satisfaction.

Tasks
This role involves managing first-level incidents, resolving common technical issues, and maintaining IT equipment to ensure service continuity. You will assist users and contribute to the stability of the information system.
- Provide first-level IT support to users
- Prepare, install and configure workstations and printers
- On-site intervention at clients’ premises for installation and troubleshooting
- Manage and track hardware and software inventory
We are looking for
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in IT or equivalent
- Driving licence required
- Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 environment
- Good basics in infrastructure and networks
- Fluent French
- A sociable, communicative person with excellent interpersonal skills
