As an IT Technician, you will be the first point of contact for technical support, ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructures. You will join a collaborative team dedicated to operational excellence and user satisfaction.

Tasks

This role involves managing first-level incidents, resolving common technical issues, and maintaining IT equipment to ensure service continuity. You will assist users and contribute to the stability of the information system.

• Provide first-level IT support to users
• Prepare, install and configure workstations and printers
• On-site intervention at clients’ premises for installation and troubleshooting
• Manage and track hardware and software inventory

We are looking for

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in IT or equivalent
• Driving licence required
• Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 environment
• Good basics in infrastructure and networks
• Fluent French
• A sociable, communicative person with excellent interpersonal skills
