In the field of communication:

• Planning, integration and implementation of advertising and communication activities for the entire operation including the creation of flyers and coordination of internal reports
• Maintenance and further development of the Liebegg website and coordination of newsletters
• Creating social media posts (Instagram, Facebook)
• Supporting the specialist staff with communication-related questions

• Planning, coordination of the semi-annual continuing education programme
• Recording and maintenance of continuing education events in the internal system
• Managing course administration (registrations and cancellations, preparation of course materials)
• Preparation of course billing and course statistics
• Providing information and ensuring telephone and counter service within the secretariat team

What you bring:

• You are a commercial clerk professional and can draw on relevant experience in the area of responsibility
• You are confident and articulate in oral and written expression
• You have experience in maintaining a website and managing a CMS system
• InDesign and communication with social media are not foreign to you
• You have an efficient, precise way of working and bring a high degree of personal responsibility, reliability and flexibility
• If you have a connection to agriculture, home economics and nutrition, this is an advantage
