Technical Service Employee
For the "Etzelblick" in Richterswil, we are looking for an immediate or agreed start of a
Maintenance Practitioner EBA or a Specialist in Operational Maintenance 80%-100%
Your Tasks
- Inspection, monitoring and maintenance of systems and building services
- Carrying out necessary repairs and renovations to the infrastructure
- Various maintenance, cleaning and surrounding area tasks
- Supervision and control of work carried out by external companies
- Responsibility for waste management
- Active support of internal and external events
- Moves and apartment inspections/handovers
Your Profile
- Maintenance practitioner EBA, specialist in operational maintenance EFZ or comparable manual training
- Good IT skills
- Willingness to work at weekends
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Enjoyment of varied challenges
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
