Role:
To strengthen the existing team, an additional position in international order and export processing is being created. Besides independently managing customer orders, the role offers a clear professional development perspective: after thorough training, you can gradually take on additional responsibility and develop into the internal contact person for export, customs, and foreign trade topics. Further training in foreign trade is expressly welcomed and supported.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage international customer orders from entry to successful delivery
You determine the origin of goods and prepare the required certificates of origin and preference
You are responsible for creating and processing the relevant export, customs, and shipping documents
You coordinate order- and export-related matters with internal departments and external partners
You support customers in writing and by phone in German and English
You maintain customer and order data and ensure high data quality
You assist with commercial and cross-departmental tasks
With increasing experience, you take on additional specialist topics in export and foreign trade
Qualifications:
Professional experience in export processing, international sales support, or a comparable function
Commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by further training in export or foreign trade - further training as a foreign trade specialist with a federal certificate is a great advantage; alternatively, willingness to complete this training in the future
Practical experience with export and shipping documents as well as international deliveries
Knowledge of goods origin and preferences
Very good German and good English skills, spoken and written
Independent, structured, and reliable working style
Motivation to develop professionally and to take on more responsibility in foreign trade in the future
