You work in a modern technical environment where stable platforms, automation and reliable services are central. In this role as a DevOps Engineer, you take responsibility for central systems, technologies and the continuous development of the infrastructure. You can expect a versatile role with many challenges and opportunities to develop your skills. You are responsible for the development and operation of systems that are essential for smooth operations. You are an important part of a team committed to continuous improvement and innovation.
Responsibilities:
You develop automated CI/CD pipelines and optimise the deployment of modern applications with GitLab CI, ArgoCD and Helm.
You operate and scale Kubernetes environments and ensure reliable orchestration of containerised services.
You automate infrastructure and configuration processes with Terraform, Ansible and infrastructure-as-code principles.
You establish monitoring, logging and alerting solutions with Prometheus, Grafana and Loki and improve system availability.
You work closely with development teams, integrate security checks into deployment processes and support the resolution of complex production incidents.
Qualifications:
You have an IT education or a relevant degree as well as several years of experience in DevOps or cloud engineering.
You bring solid knowledge of Linux, Docker, Kubernetes and automated software deployments.
You are proficient with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI or GitHub Actions and have experience with Terraform, Ansible or comparable automation solutions.
You are familiar with observability, GitOps and scripting languages such as Python or Bash; knowledge of cloud security is welcome.
You work independently, solution-oriented and cross-team and communicate very well in German as well as well in English.
