Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Independent execution of monthly payroll accounting for national clients throughout the German-speaking part of Switzerland
- Ensuring proper handling of tax and social security matters, including client consulting in these areas
- Proactive acquisition of assignments from interested Key Account Managers (KAM)
- Close collaboration with the HR department and management
- Continuous optimisation and further development of payroll processes for clients
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial basic training EFZ, additional training in payroll accounting is an advantage
- Preferably professional experience in independently conducting payroll accounting
- Willingness to travel nationwide
- Extensive knowledge of labour, payroll tax and social security law
- Confident command of the German language, additional language skills are an advantage
