Responsibility for Microsoft 365 (M365) as well as further development of existing services
Planning and building of test environments for M365 solutions
Support of customers in 3rd-level support
Development and implementation of modern technical concepts
Qualifications:
Completed basic IT training as well as 2-3 years of professional experience in the Microsoft 365 environment
Experience in planning and accompanying Microsoft 365 rollouts
Knowledge in automation and scripting to optimise M365 processes
Very good German skills spoken and written
