What is my role?

In your position, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of consultations, appointment scheduling and coordination, as well as the performance of diagnostic activities and patient care. You carry out venous and capillary blood sampling, process and send outpatient reports and correspondence, and support process development. In addition, you maintain electronic patient records (KISIM/Navision) and are an important contact person for patients as well as internal and external partners.

What do I need to be successful?

You have a completed training as an MPA with X-ray diploma or as a health professional willing to obtain the X-ray diploma. You bring an affinity for medical technology devices and PC applications, fluent German and solid medical terminology knowledge, as well as organisational talent, reliability and teamwork skills. Furthermore, you are patient- and service-oriented, enjoy working interdisciplinarily, and take pleasure in learning new things and helping to shape the further development of consultations.
