IT Technical Engineer (m/f/d)

You are looking for a new challenge as an IT system technician and already have experience in this field. In this role, you take responsibility for the design, implementation and maintenance of IT systems. You are responsible for ensuring system stability and security and work closely with other teams to find solutions to complex IT problems. Your professional experience level and skills in IT system technology make you an ideal candidate for this position. You are ready to use your skills to develop innovative solutions and bring the IT infrastructure up to date.
Responsibilities:
- You set up, manage and maintain user accounts, access rights and permissions
- In this role, you install workplace and communication systems as well as mobile devices and configure them
- As an IT system technician, you troubleshoot hardware, software, network and communication issues
- You package software and updates and install them
- In this role, you monitor the availability of hardware, software and networks
- You contribute to the continuous improvement of workflows and support IT projects
Qualifications:
- You have completed IT training and/or further education
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems in client and server environments as well as Microsoft 365
- You have several years of professional experience in IT support
- You are service-oriented, have a quick grasp, are flexible and reliable
- You enjoy regular internal customer contact and solution-oriented thinking
- You speak very good German and have good English skills
