Job Description
- Assist the foreman in organising, coordinating and monitoring the activities of the external services.
- Participate in the maintenance of roads, pavements, paths, green spaces, playgrounds, sports facilities and other infrastructure.
- Supervise and support teams on site and cover for the foreman in their absence.
- Participate in the planning and execution of seasonal work, notably snow clearance and winter maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety instructions, the good condition of equipment and machinery, as well as the monitoring of interventions and services.
Profile Sought
- Training as a foreman or team leader in civil engineering, construction or a similar sector, with proven experience in personnel management.
- Practical experience in roadworks, outdoor maintenance or infrastructure upkeep is an advantage.
- Category B driving licence essential; category C1 licence is a plus.
- Good organisational skills, sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable with IT tools and possessing a good team spirit as well as excellent professional awareness.
