Internal Sales Clerk including Export 60-80% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF78,000 - 84,500Our client is a successful Swiss industrial company specialising in electronics and manufacturing technologies. Responsibilities:
You check and process customer orders until further internal processing.
You calculate and prepare offers according to the specified framework conditions.
You coordinate necessary documents and appointments for shipping processing.
You handle export orders taking into account the applicable customs regulations.
As a contact person, you respond to customer enquiries in German and English.
You support accounting tasks in the area of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
You coordinate production and warehouse information with the orders.
You continuously maintain administrative data and customer master data.
Qualifications:
A commercial apprenticeship or equivalent practical experience forms your basis.
You have several years of professional experience in a commercial environment.
Experience in order processing in a smaller company is an advantage.
Working with MS Office is part of your daily work routine.
Ideally, you are familiar with common ERP solutions from practice.
Your working style is characterised by diligence, independence and reliability.
A professional approach to customers and colleagues is a matter of course for you.
Very good German skills as well as good English skills are required.
