IT Support Engineer (m/f/d)

Ensuring the stable operation of hybrid IT infrastructures with a focus on Microsoft, Linux, VoIP, and network environments
Independent execution of smaller IT projects as well as support in more complex team projects
Analysis of technical challenges and implementation of targeted solutions in the system environment
Support in the service desk by handling support requests and active participation in the helpline
On-site customer deployments to provide support and problem-solving as needed
Qualifications:
Successfully completed IT training (e.g. EFZ) as a basis for your technical skills
Comprehensive IT knowledge and a strong passion for technology and innovation
Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as solid English skills
