IT System Engineer - Virtualisation (m/f/d)

- Project planning and implementation: You plan and realise projects within a team
- Customer support: As a direct contact, you handle customer enquiries in second-level support and ensure that technical problems are solved efficiently
- Virtualisation platforms: You manage the customers’ virtualisation platforms, taking care of their planning, operation and troubleshooting
- Solution and operating concepts: You develop and work out technical solutions and operating concepts for customer requirements
- Further development: You drive the further development of comprehensive virtualisation solutions and support the sales and architecture team
Qualifications:
- Education: You have completed training as an IT specialist in system technology or platform developer EFZ
- Further education: A HF/FH degree is desirable; alternatively, you bring the willingness to undertake further training
- Experience: You have solid experience in the VMware environment and good knowledge in the areas of networking and backup
- Working style: You are characterised by independence, a sense of responsibility and a customer-oriented mindset
- Communication skills: You can express yourself confidently in both German and English and enjoy working in a team
