- Operating the building management system including intrusion alarm system, door locking control and fire alarm system
- Monitoring energy systems such as ventilation, cooling, heating, compressed air, seawater, wastewater and water supply
- Coordinating, monitoring and performing maintenance and overhaul work
- Recording and documenting energy consumption figures
- Troubleshooting production equipment
- Assisting with cross-departmental projects
- Supporting and substituting the porter
- On-call duty 24 hours / 365 days a year as well as weekend and public holiday shifts
- Monitoring and periodic inspection of smoke/heat vents and fire protection doors
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a heating, ventilation or sanitary installer
- Additional training as a building services engineer or an equivalent qualification
- Security training
- Training as a fire protection officer is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role
- Very good German language skills
- Basic PC skills
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
