Your missions

As part of your role, you contribute to developing content capable of telling the story of HES-SO, its activities and its impact to its various audiences. You conceive and produce audiovisual content (portraits, reports, interviews, clips and formats intended notably for social networks) for which you ensure end-to-end production: identifying topics and angles, preparation, filming, sound recording, editing and distribution.

You also contribute to the editorial activities of the Rectorate. You notably write speeches and statements, as well as key messages, press releases and other institutional content, adapting the tone, format and language level to different audiences and contexts.

In the audiovisual field, you bring your expertise to the Communication Service, advise teams and contribute to the coordination and development of practices within HES-SO.

You also participate in covering certain institutional events and ensure the editorial, narrative and technical quality of the content produced, respecting the identity and communication line of HES-SO.

Your profile

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in a field of communication, audiovisual, journalism or an equivalent domain;
• You have at least 3 years’ experience in designing and producing audiovisual content intended for institutional, media or digital platforms;
• You independently master the various stages of audiovisual production, from defining the angle to distribution;
• You have solid experience in filming and editing, notably for short formats adapted to digital use;
• You have experience in independently managing audiovisual projects and from identifying topics to content distribution.

Your skills

• Native French speaker with excellent writing and editorial skills (speeches and press releases);
• You have excellent command of filming, sound recording, lighting and video editing tools;
• You have a good knowledge of narrative codes and formats adapted to social networks and digital platforms;
• You are able to simplify complex content and identify angles with strong narrative potential;
• You can adapt your writing to different media, audiences and speaking occasions;
• You understand the specific requirements of institutional communication and know how to work on sensitive or complex topics;
• Autonomous and rigorous, you have good organisational skills and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously;
• You have good listening skills and strong interpersonal skills, with a natural ease in collaborating with internal and external partners;
• Creative and proactive, you have an interest in the evolution of digital tools and artificial intelligence applied to content creation;
• Stress-resistant, you have excellent adaptability and a sense of priorities.

Work rate: 60%

Contract duration: Fixed-term contract until 31 December 2028

Start date: Immediate or to be agreed

Workplace: Delémont or Lausanne with possible travel in French-speaking Switzerland
