Role:
Would you like to apply your experience in export and international goods traffic? In this position, you ensure smooth shipping processing, coordinate worldwide transports, and ensure the correct handling of all required trade documents.
Responsibilities:
You coordinate international goods deliveries by road, sea, and air transport.
You take care of the creation and control of export and customs documents as well as the handling of letters of credit.
You organise worldwide courier shipments and ensure their reliable processing.
You coordinate collection and shipping dates with forwarding partners and monitor the agreed delivery deadlines.
You manage the administrative processes in transport and ensure efficient coordination.
You keep customer master data up to date and ensure careful data maintenance.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with a Federal VET Diploma, preferably supplemented by further training as a foreign trade specialist with a federal certificate.
You bring several years of professional experience in export and/or foreign trade, especially in export administration.
You convince through initiative, quick comprehension, responsibility, as well as an independent, precise, and reliable working style.
You have good English skills and enjoy working with international transport partners.
