Real Estate Accountant 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 115,000Responsibilities:
- Independent management of accounts receivable and accounts payable for our real estate projects
- Processing and posting of rental and operating cost statements
- Conducting budget planning, monitoring income and expenses
- Preparation of financial reports and analyses for management
- Collaboration with the real estate team to optimise processes and workflows
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training with a focus on finance or accounting
- Several years of professional experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate sector
- Proficient handling of digital work processes and MS Office applications
- Experience with property management software, especially Rimo R5, is an advantage
- Team player with good communication skills
- Fluent German skills, additional languages are an advantage
