AI Solution Consultant Business Applications (m/f/d)

Role:
You accompany companies on the path to efficient and intelligent business processes. You analyse requirements, develop innovative solution concepts, and successfully implement modern enterprise service management solutions. With your enthusiasm for process optimisation and artificial intelligence, you create sustainable added value and support customers in their digital transformation.
Responsibilities:
You analyse business processes, conduct workshops, and systematically gather customer requirements.
You develop process-oriented solution architectures and accompany their implementation until successful project completion.
You create effort estimates, define work packages, and support project planning together with project management.
You coordinate project teams, take on technical responsibility, and ensure timely implementation.
You plan and conduct integration and quality tests and ensure complete project documentation.
You train users, support knowledge transfer, and advise customers even after implementation.
You engage in topics such as presales, training, mentoring, or knowledge management and continuously develop your expertise.
You identify meaningful applications for artificial intelligence and integrate innovative AI solutions into business processes.
Qualifications:
You have a qualification or degree (HF, FH or university) in business informatics, computer science, or a comparable field.
You have experience in analysing, modelling, and optimising business processes and ideally know BPMN.
You possess knowledge in IT service management and preferably hold an ITIL Foundation certification.
You have initial experience in project management, for example with HERMES or comparable methods.
You convince with strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
You work independently, structured, and responsibly and keep an overview even in demanding project situations.
You are enthusiastic about artificial intelligence and actively follow its applications in the business software environment.
You have very good German and good English skills.
