Company Description
Albedis supports a recognised international player in strengthening its security and video surveillance team in Lausanne. We are looking for a Service Technician specialised in video surveillance to work on strategic installations for a varied clientele (tertiary, industrial, institutions).
Job Description
After comprehensive training on internal products and solutions, you will independently be responsible for:
- Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of video surveillance systems
- Performing on-site repairs and ensuring system restoration
- Participating in periodic inspections and commissioning of installations
- Programming and configuring systems
- Ensuring professional and quality contact with clients
- Carefully drafting and completing intervention reports and administrative documents
- Complying with internal procedures, standards, and contractual requirements
Profile Sought
- University of Applied Sciences degree or CFC automation technician, electrician, or equivalent training
- Skills in programming appreciated
- Strong interest in technical systems and video surveillance
- Comfortable with digital tools and computerised environments
- Ability to understand and apply technical procedures
- High rigour, especially in administrative follow-up, with a sense of responsibility and autonomy
- Good analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset
- Team spirit and reliability
