Role:
A traditional Swiss technology company that has stood for highly precise manufacturing solutions and Swiss mechanical engineering at the highest level for over 110 years. As an international market and technology leader, the company develops and produces highly precise cylindrical grinding machines for the processing of small and medium-sized workpieces. The solutions are used, among others, in the automotive and medical technology, aerospace, precision mechanics, watch industry, as well as in tool and mould making.

Responsibilities:
You independently manage HR support for a defined business unit and accompany employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
A particular focus is on acquiring new talents, where you manage the recruiting process from needs assessment to successful placement.
As a sparring partner, you advise managers on personnel strategic and operational issues and develop suitable solutions for the respective area.
You actively support change processes and contribute your HR expertise in organisational developments and transformations.
Qualifications:
A commercial education as well as further training in HR, preferably with a federal professional certificate, form your professional foundation.
You have several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Consultant.
You can quickly grasp business management contexts and derive practical solutions for the business.
You communicate convincingly, appear confident, and remain solution-oriented and composed even in challenging situations.
You have excellent command of the German language.
