Contribute to the technical transfer of methods.
Proactively propose solutions to encountered problems.
Deviations & Non-Conformities
Open, investigate, and close events, deviations, and non-conformities.

Participate in the selection, purchase, commissioning, maintenance, and calibration of equipment, while ensuring follow-up with suppliers.
Support supply management (consumables, reagents, and QC standards).
Your Profile
Education & Experience: Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) as a Chemical Laboratory Technician, Bachelor or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience in physico-chemical quality control in a pharmaceutical or biotechnological GMP environment.
Technical Skills:

Practical experience with dissolution tests, pharmacopoeias (Ph. Eur., USP), and use of a LIMS and chromatographic data systems Empower or Soft Max PRO.
Confirmed experience in investigating out-of-specification (OOS/OOT) results and method validation.
Soft Skills: Critical thinking, strong autonomy, analytical rigour, proactivity, and excellent team spirit.
Languages: French (fluent/native) and English (good professional/technical level).
Position based in Northern Vaud. Flexibility required to occasionally work shifts or weekends according to production requirements.
