IT System Manager (m/f/d)

You organise the daily operations and prioritise the service desk queues
You provide 1st and 2nd level support and escalate complex cases to 3rd level
You introduce and maintain hardware and software for clients and servers
You manage ICT systems and coordinate maintenance with external hosting providers
You automate processes with GPO, batch scripting and PowerShell and maintain documentation
Qualifications:
You have a completed IT education (EFZ, HF or equivalent) and several years of professional experience
You have solid knowledge of Microsoft client, server and cloud solutions
You are familiar with Windows Server, Terminal Server, Active Directory, Entra, Defender, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Intune
You have a good understanding of networks and IT security. Experience with Jira and Confluence is an advantage
You have very good German skills. English is an advantage
