As a project manager for substations, you will take on the leadership of demanding infrastructure projects that ensure the trouble-free operation of our facilities.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Acquisition and preparation of offers for new construction and expansion of substations
Management of demanding substation and network infrastructure projects
Monitoring and controlling costs, schedules and quality, coordinating internal and external teams
Maintaining contacts with specialists, customers and suppliers, active stakeholder management
Leading the project team in a matrix organisation
Organising and enforcing occupational safety regulations in the project
Profile & Requirements:
Completed engineering degree or experience in infrastructure project management
Professional experience in energy transmission and distribution, especially in engineering large plants
Solid project management knowledge, ideally with project manager certification
Strong assertiveness, technical understanding and commitment
Communication and coordination skills with various stakeholders
Excellent organisational skills and customer orientation, entrepreneurial mindset
