At this stage, we can tell you that a Swiss industrial company, specialised in the manufacture of high-precision mechanical components, is looking for a Manufacturing Manager to lead and develop its industrial activities.
You will notably be responsible for a technical team of about 13 members, composed of manufacturing engineers, technicians and CNC programmers.
Responsibilities:
Manage, support and develop a multidisciplinary team dedicated to manufacturing processes and industrialisation.
Lead projects to improve and develop production processes.
Participate in the definition, selection and integration of new industrial equipment.
Drive automation projects and improve the performance of production means.
Participate in the design and implementation of new manufacturing lines and cells.
Optimise workshop organisation, production flows and machining processes.
Work closely with production teams and various technical departments.
Develop and promote a culture of continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing.
Actively participate in the industrialisation of new products and processes.
Profile:
Higher education in a technical field: mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, microtechnology or equivalent.
Proven experience in an industrial environment and in managing a technical team.
Solid experience in CNC machining, notably in turning, milling and ideally grinding environments.
Experience in industrialisation, process optimisation and development of production means.
Experience in managing industrial projects and/or investments.
Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
Professional French and English.
Your skills:
Minimum B2 level English required
Leadership and ability to unite a technical team.
Strong understanding of industrial challenges and manufacturing processes.
Ability to bridge engineering teams and practical realities.
Autonomy, rigour and sense of responsibility.
Analytical mindset and solution-oriented.
Good communication and project management skills.
