You love direct customer contact on the phone and convince with strong communication skills and a confident manner? Then you are exactly right with us! In this role, you are the first point of contact for our customers and ensure professional appointment scheduling. You competently accompany them, whether in scheduling, in the Welcome Call, or, with the appropriate VBV certification, in the active sale of health insurance policies. Junior Account Manager (m/f/d)
How you contribute:
- Scheduling appointments for consultation calls in outbound
- Conducting Welcome Calls and managing digital customer inquiries
- Selling and upselling health insurance policies, with VBV certification
- Obtaining recommendations and maintaining customer data in the CRM
- Participating in internal training and external sales campaigns

- You hold the VBV health insurance certification.
- You enjoy telephone customer consulting and appointment scheduling.
- You are characterised by your strong communication skills and confident appearance.
- You bring a high level of initiative and responsibility.
- You have experience with digital tools and CRM systems.
