Project Manager Organisational Development in Healthcare (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Analysis & Conception: Development of concepts, analyses and well-founded decision bases in collaboration with the relevant departments.
Project and Subproject Management: Responsibility for planning, controlling and implementing strategic and operational projects.
Interface Management: Coordination of collaboration between departments, IT and external partners.
Organisational Development: Analysis and optimisation of existing processes, structures and workflows as well as identification of digitalisation and improvement potentials.
Implementation & Moderation: Support for the introduction of new processes, systems and technologies as well as planning and moderation of workshops, working groups and project meetings.
Qualifications:
Professional Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in healthcare, especially in project work or consulting.
Personal Competences: Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style as well as high initiative, reliability, precision and strong communication and teamwork skills.
Education: Completed studies in health economics, health management, business administration with a focus on healthcare, medical informatics or a comparable qualification.
Interest & Expertise: Enthusiasm for organisational development, digitalisation, project management and change processes as well as good understanding of business contexts and workflows in healthcare.
Languages: Fluent written and spoken German.
