Do you want to actively shape modern IT landscapes, optimise complex systems and apply innovative cloud technologies in practice? In this versatile role, you combine technical know-how with personal responsibility and design a powerful, secure and future-oriented IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Planning, operation and continuous optimisation of a modern IT infrastructure with hybrid cloud and on-premises components
Administration and further development of Windows and Linux environments
Support and optimisation of Microsoft 365, Entra ID and cloud-based identity solutions
Ensuring a stable network, storage and virtualisation architecture
Analysis of complex faults and sustainable resolution of technical challenges
Implementation of automations and standardisations to increase operational efficiency
Technical advice and support in the introduction of new IT services
Active participation in infrastructure projects, security measures and modernisation initiatives
Qualifications:
Completed training in IT EFZ, ideally supplemented by further education at HF level or comparable practical experience
Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID as well as Windows and Linux system administration
Practical experience with network technologies, firewalls, storage systems and virtualisation solutions
Understanding of cloud architectures, IT security and highly available systems
Analytical thinking and a structured, precise working style
Enjoyment in independently solving technical problems and implementing sustainable improvements
Strong service orientation and the ability to explain technical matters clearly
Curiosity about new technologies, automation and modern infrastructure concepts
