Function

Tasks

• Telephone and written support of customers in German and Italian
• Processing enquiries about digital products and technical services
• Support with login, access and reception issues in 1st-level support
• Recording and maintenance of customer data as well as documentation of concerns in the CRM
• Administrative tasks and data maintenance in the ERP system
• Providing general information and service-oriented customer advice

Requirements

• Completed commercial basic training
• Initial professional experience in customer service, contact centre or technical support is an advantage.
• Confident German and Swiss German skills as well as very good Italian skills are mandatory
• French skills are a plus
• High commitment as well as an efficient and speedy working method
• Skill in handling CRM and ERP
