Responsibilities:
- Operation and further development of the Citrix infrastructure: You are responsible for operating the Citrix infrastructure and continuously developing it to ensure maximum efficiency and user-friendliness
- Installation and adaptation of applications: Installing, updating, and adapting applications within the Citrix platform are part of your tasks to guarantee smooth operations
- Responsibility for the email infrastructure: You take responsibility for the entire email infrastructure, including implementing email encryption to ensure data security
- Documentation: You create comprehensive process and technical documentation, which is important not only for internal traceability but also serves as a valuable resource for training and future references
- Support: Within the scope of second- and third-level support, you solve complex technical problems and ensure that IT standards are met to guarantee high service quality
Qualifications:
- Education and further training: You have completed training (FH, HF) or as an IT specialist EFZ and have continuously developed yourself through targeted, practical further training in the ICT field to keep your expertise up to date
- Professional experience: With solid professional experience as a System Engineer - Citrix in complex environments, you have acquired comprehensive knowledge that allows you to effectively tackle challenges and develop innovative solutions
- Technical expertise: You bring in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Citrix, and VMware, enabling you to efficiently administer and optimise diverse system architectures
- Additional knowledge: Your knowledge of PVS, UPM profiles, FsLogix as well as PowerShell and Office 365 is advantageous, expanding your technical skills and helping you solve complex tasks efficiently
- Language skills: With your very good German skills and solid English skills, you are able to communicate clearly and understandably both in writing and orally, which is a great advantage in an international environment
