Job Description

• In this exciting role, you are responsible for the implementation of challenging new build and conversion projects. You lead and coordinate the involved companies and take on site construction management.
• If necessary, you make minor adjustments to the plans yourself. Your tasks include the technical and financial supervision of the projects as well as the handover to the client and billing/warranty.
• Your organisational talent and expertise are crucial to the success of the projects you manage.

We Expect

• You have completed training as a draughtsperson or technician in building construction and ideally further training as a construction manager or are currently undergoing further training.
• You are an organisational talent with sound expertise and have a sense for cost and schedule reliability.
• You are familiar with construction administration software and possibly ArchiCAD 22.
• You are skilled in dealing with contractors and craftsmen, loyal and committed, and bring a lot of personal responsibility.
• You bring several years of construction management experience in Switzerland.
