Role:
You feel at home in IT, are interested in different technologies and want to ensure that complex IT environments function reliably? Whether networks, servers, VoIP or cloud services – you enjoy working across various technical areas and actively contribute to implementation. In this versatile role, you manage modern IT infrastructures, analyse technical challenges and continuously develop existing systems.
Responsibilities:
Operate IT infrastructures: You manage and optimise servers, clients, virtualisation platforms and cloud services, ensuring stable and high-performance operation.
Manage networks and communication: You configure and maintain network components, support LAN, WAN and WLAN topics and take care of VoIP and communication solutions.
Analyse and resolve faults: You handle technical requests in 2nd and 3rd level support, identify causes of complex problems and develop sustainable solutions.
Implement technical projects: You accompany migrations, system expansions and new introductions from planning to commissioning and coordinate the necessary implementation steps.
Optimise operation and security: You are responsible for updates, patch management, monitoring and documentation, implement security measures and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
Qualifications:
You have completed training in the field of computer science or have comparable practical experience in IT operations and system engineering.
You bring experience in several areas of IT infrastructure, for example Windows Server, networks, virtualisation, VoIP, Microsoft 365 or cloud platforms.
You understand the interrelationships between different systems and can analyse and solve technical problems in a structured and independent manner.
You work reliably, independently and solution-oriented and gladly take responsibility for the stable operation and further development of technical environments.
You are team-oriented, communicate clearly and enjoy familiarising yourself with new technologies and continuously expanding your knowledge.
