- You will lead the technical department responsible for planning, provision, replacement, maintenance, and operation of the technical infrastructure around the clock, including on-call service
- You will ensure that all systems are operated sustainably, safely, and economically
- You will lead your team appreciatively and motivatingly to further develop their skills and respond to new technical/technological challenges
- Work planning and responsibility for cost centres are further important tasks.
- You share responsibility for adhering to the maintenance budget
Qualifications:
- You have training as a maintenance specialist or comparable further education with a professional certificate
- You bring extensive professional, leadership, and project experience in the technical field with verifiable achievements (electrical and/or HVAC sector)
- Your working style is independent, structured, and goal-oriented
- You think and act process- and solution-oriented
- You have pronounced organisational and communication skills as well as a high standard of safety and quality
- You take on a role model function and can inspire others
- As a leader, you place great value on customer service and service orientation
- You possess IT skills, especially in MS Office, MSRL, Waveware, and similar applications
- Fluent German skills are required; additional language skills are an advantage
