Senior Linux & Kubernetes Platform Engineer (m/f/d)

Role:
You are looking for a new challenge as a Senior Linux System Engineer where you can apply your skills and experience. In this role, you take responsibility for the design, implementation, and maintenance of Linux systems. You are responsible for the security, stability, and performance of the systems and develop solutions to solve complex technical problems. You bring your extensive knowledge and experience in Linux systems to develop and implement innovative solutions. You are an experienced expert in your field and are looking for a position where you can further develop your skills.
Responsibilities:
You operate and maintain our Linux server landscape as well as the Kubernetes platform
In this role, you automate server and platform operations using Infrastructure as Code
As a Linux & Kubernetes Platform Engineer, you develop CI/CD pipelines on our central Git platform
You ensure uninterrupted and stable operation through monitoring and 2nd-level support
In this role, you plan and carry out automated updates, upgrades, and release changes
You participate in the on-call service to ensure platform operation outside regular working hours
Qualifications:
You have a solid technical basic education or equivalent professional experience
You bring several years of experience in operating Linux servers and Kubernetes
You have very good knowledge of Ansible as well as solid experience with DevOps and automation practices
You have good knowledge of platform security, networking, and distributed systems
You work very independently, reliably, and solution-oriented
You are fluent in German and have good English skills
