ICT System Engineer / Administrator (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You analyse existing IT landscapes and develop suitable infrastructure concepts for different customers
You plan and implement solutions based on Windows Server and Microsoft 365
You take over the technical support of customer environments and assist with complex faults and error analyses
You advise customers remotely as well as on site and support them with technical queries
You coordinate and realise ICT projects or actively contribute to their implementation - for example in the areas of virtualisation, networking, security and Microsoft 365
You monitor the systems you support, identify potential weaknesses early and ensure reliable operation
You optimise existing infrastructures and contribute your own ideas for technical development
You work closely with your team and, depending on experience, can also take on the management of individual projects
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT Specialist EFZ System Technology or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in system engineering or in supporting external IT customers
Sound knowledge of the Microsoft environment as well as practical experience with virtualisation technologies
Good basics in network administration
Interest in IT security and cyber security or already existing expertise in this area
Analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured approach
Independent, careful and efficient working style with a strong service orientation
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
Driving licence category B for customer assignments
Fluent German skills and good English skills
