Role:
You ensure that our cloud platforms run reliably, securely, and efficiently. You work both on the underlying server and network infrastructure and on the further development and automation of our services. You analyse disruptions, optimise existing processes, and actively contribute your ideas to the further development of our cloud environment.
Responsibilities:
You take responsibility for the technical operation and maintenance of the network and server infrastructure of our cloud platform.
You implement standardised cloud platforms and ensure their stable operation.
You analyse disruptions and support troubleshooting as well as optimisation of our cloud services.
You ensure compliance with the requirements of our ISO-27001-compliant ISMS.
You support our customers and internal teams in 2nd-level support.
You question existing processes and continuously develop them further.
You automate recurring processes with PowerShell, contributing to more efficient operational workflows.
You document technical solutions and support the standardisation of our platforms.
Qualifications:
You have completed basic training as an IT specialist with a focus on system technology or platform development.
You have several years of professional experience in system technology or system engineering.
You have experience in direct contact with customers.
You are very familiar with the Windows server ecosystem.
You have solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure core services.
Microsoft Entra ID, SharePoint, and Exchange Online are familiar to you.
You have basic knowledge of Linux server administration.
Ideally, you have experience with PowerShell and the automation of technical processes.
You communicate very confidently in German and have good English skills.
