Microsoft Teams is increasingly becoming the central platform for communication and collaboration. We are looking for a technically skilled individual who supports customers in the design, implementation and further development of Teams and telephony solutions, taking into account both technical and organisational requirements.
Responsibilities:
You develop Microsoft Teams and Teams Phone solutions from conception to productive operation.
You implement telephony scenarios with Direct Routing, Operator Connect and Calling Plans and integrate existing communication systems.
You analyse customer requirements and translate them into technical concepts for tenants, policies, permissions, voice services and security.
You accompany migrations from traditional telephony and collaboration solutions to the Microsoft Teams platform.
You conduct workshops and convey best practices for introduction, adoption and operation.
You support the introduction of new Microsoft Teams features and continuously optimise existing environments.
You contribute your experience to the further development of managed services and standardised solutions.
You work closely with internal departments as well as IT managers and technical teams on the customer side.
Qualifications:
You have solid practical experience with Microsoft Teams, Teams Phone and Microsoft 365.
You are familiar with Direct Routing, Operator Connect, Calling Plans and Enterprise Voice.
You have a good understanding of collaboration, communication and cloud solutions.
Ideally, you have experience with Exchange Online or SharePoint Online and their interaction with Microsoft 365.
You understand technical contexts around permissions, policies, identities and security requirements.
Ideally, you hold a Microsoft certification in the areas of Teams, Teams Voice, Microsoft 365 or Azure.
You work analytically, independently and solution-oriented and present yourself confidently to customers.
You have fluent German skills and can also communicate confidently in English.
