Role:
As an Abacus Consultant for Accounting & Human Resources, you are the first point of contact when SMEs want to digitalise their financial and personnel processes. You translate business requirements into well-thought-out solutions based on Abacus Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). You accompany many projects from the initial analysis to go-live. Customers appreciate that you understand accounting as well as configuration. This creates processes that noticeably relieve daily work.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for implementation, migration, and optimisation projects and guide your customers safely into productive operation
For the finance area, you set up accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payment transactions, and cost accounting precisely
You implement personnel and payroll processes and continuously develop them
You independently design digital workflows and automate recurring approvals
Additionally, you perform clean data migrations and connect third-party systems via interfaces
You also review established installations, solve tricky application problems, and profitably introduce new release functions
Qualifications:
You have at least 3 years of experience in ERP consulting, mandate management, or fiduciary services
You are confident in using the platform and ideally have already independently configured solutions
Financial accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, as well as payroll and human resources are familiar territory for you
Furthermore, you bring experience from implementations, migrations, or further developments and ideally are familiar with system integrations
You work solution-oriented, approach problems with a clear mind, and communicate on equal terms with specialist departments
You express yourself fluently in German, and English skills complete your profile
